We believe that with our comprehensive product range provided by our first class panel of insurers, combined with the ease of use of the quotation system, we are able to provide very competitive rates, but also an excellent after sales service together with exceptional claims handling facilities for your clients.

After Sales Service

Axent undertake to provide a superior after-sales service to our Brokers, by way of allowing all documentation to be downloadable. Alternatively, if required, Brokers have the option via our online facility to request that we issue the required documents directly from our offices.

If any contract taken out on behalf of your client does not meet their expectations, and provided it is within 14 days of the inception date, it can be deemed not taken up and no charge whatsoever will be payable.
